Back to doing this thing :)

The challenge helped me today, I used the old WWer points to calculate my food today


Egg whites and oatmeal for breakfast.
Greek yogurt with blueberries and cinnamon
Salad
Spagetti squash with light Ragu and a turkey meatball
Baked veggies with cottage cheese

I also had too much coffee so the creamer counts also
Bummer .... Lol
