Need more protein!!!

Day off means coffee from Heaven

I make it strong, add 2 cinnamon stick (broken up) and a few shakes of cinnamon in with the coffee grounds… ahhh so good Smile

So this morning I have this bright idea… Disappointed smile I was feeling lazy, so I figured to make oatmeal and just dump the egg whites in and microwave it…. well it didn’t look done, so I threw it into the oven… too late…. off to the gym.. which I was thrashed because no breakfast and I did about 40 minutes of cardio before we did circuit training.

The trainer looked at my food log and told me I need more protein and to get rid of the coffee creamer… WHAT!!??? hummm I don’t know about that

here was the oatmeal when I got home, it looks like a cow pie…lol… lol…lol…lol…lol… I ate it, but well I wouldn’t recommend it Smile with tongue out

so I sucked at protein today Sad smile and I will more than likely have some popcorn tonight

better protein day tomorrow Smile

  1. I still can't stomach coffee, but I'll have some of that frozen yoghurt ;)

  2. All of your food looks so good all the time! And I know I need to up my protein each day. One thing at a time....
