- I struggle when I get home, because I plan my food and take it ALL to work, so this week I am going to plan out my food so I have something every night… popcorn, fruit, veggies, almonds… something!!!
- Go to the gym once this week by myself …. I can be such a big baby!! I go when my daughter is with me, or when I train, but to go by MYSELF…. I don’t do it
