Week #3 Day #1

Yesterday I did some food prep:

so today I had a lot of healthy eating choices (not in correct order)

2012-04-09 04.32.31Fage Greek yogurt with Splenda, cinnamon and vanilla

2012-04-09 04.32.47fruit2012-04-09 04.33.03baked veggies and turkey meatballs2012-04-09 04.33.37salad with cottage cheese 2012-04-09 04.33.50cabbage with ham 2012-04-09 04.52.38egg whites and oatmeal

and I just got home and had a bit more cabbage… I was thinking about popcorn and peanuts Eye rolling smile so better to head off bad eating at the pass!!!

so I am off to visit you guys Open-mouthed smile

  1. I see people in the weight loss community always mentioning Fage. I wish we had it here in Australia so I could see what it's all about :(

  3. good thing I am eating lunch while reading your blog. What is Fage, I have never heard of it before. And that cabbage and ham looks really good too. Do you have a recipe?
