Daily thoughts

Day off today, I sat down on my computer and wrote out my diet for today being mindful of the carb vs. protein intakes and what I just cooked yesterday. It was not that big of a deal!!

  1. I don't count calories anymore, but I do want to start eating healthier. I am going to make some of those turkey meatballs if it's the last thing I do..... :)
