I need a personal assistant!!

so busy today!!! wow!!! Surprised smile a day off is so jam packed with things to do!!!
2012-05-05 09.21.54after the gym, breakfast at the local coffee shop, egg white omelet with jalapeno, onions and half an order of soy chorizo, and oatmeal. I didn’t eat all the oatmeal BUT I did have a half a piece of toast… with jam In love and it was delicious!!

2012-05-05 12.01.032012-05-05 14.02.41I bought aFit Bit today, we will see how this thing a ma bob works!! I am hearing rave reviews!! Half a Protein plus bar. I also went to Jamba juice and got their lowest calorie small drink, a Strawberry Nirvana which was 150 calories and had them add some whey for an additional 45 calories and it said it was 29 grams of protein (??)

I also steamed green beans and cabbage … then I ran out of steam Confused smile
I am going to go relax, eat a bowl of popcorn, and watch the Adjustment Bureau and maybe get the brussel sprouts ready to go for tomorrow

  1. I finally made a batch of Jamie Eason's turkey meatballs tonight. I didn't care for the chipotle spice, so I'll leave that out next time. I made mine way smaller. When all is said and done, I'll get about 40 meatballs.
