Just so ya know

When I am quiet
I am not eating on plan

Bagel (mini)
Kettle chips
Potato salad

You can't out train a bad diet..... But I do try


  1. this is my reality!!
    tracking is very sporadic and barely paid attention to these days! But as long as my pants fit, I think I might be okay.

  2. I have DROPPED off on my healthy eating tremendously! Yesterday was pizza and chips for lunch, ice cream cone for snack (HUGE ice cream cone!), and tuna fish sandwich for supper. I have GOT to get better! The good news is that I think my metabolism has sped up from running and losing weight so I haven't gained any weight. :)
