I am not eating on plan
You can't out train a bad diet..... But I do try
this is my reality!!tracking is very sporadic and barely paid attention to these days! But as long as my pants fit, I think I might be okay.
I have DROPPED off on my healthy eating tremendously! Yesterday was pizza and chips for lunch, ice cream cone for snack (HUGE ice cream cone!), and tuna fish sandwich for supper. I have GOT to get better! The good news is that I think my metabolism has sped up from running and losing weight so I haven't gained any weight. :)Shannonhttp://www.irunreadteach.wordpress.com
