What’s up with me tonight?

  • protein pudding with strawberries
  • baked vegetables and turkey meatball
  • salad with cottage cheese
  • 100 calorie popcorn
  • green beans and cottage cheese
  • baked vegetables with 4 egg whites (no picture)

The Fitbit is wonderful Open-mouthed smile I love it even without doing any cardio I burned 285 more calories than I ate today BOOM!!

I should have worked out tonight, but I am a pooped gal Confused smile

so I am off to chill out with the hubby
