The Fat girl is back

what I have eaten this week:
  • cheetos
  • chips ahoy cookies
  • oreo cookies
  • almonds
  • yogurt covered raisins
  • peanut butter (WAY too much!!)
I went to the doctor this week…. menopause is making me crazy!!!

She gave me something, told me it would take some time… meanwhile I am hanging on!! Trying to be calm… I bought some Calming tea to add to my water. I just feel out of it! like I am either crying like a crazy woman or so mad I have to shut my mouth like a steel trap, or ugliness pours out of it… I can’t stop it!!
I also bought some tofu, adding a bit of estrogen back into my system.. I may be full of crap, but at this point I would try anything Confused smile
So I have gained a solid 5 pounds… I work the next 7 days so I can control my food better, although they have snacky stuff for the staff meeting on Mondays….. ahhhhh!!!! Baring teeth smile maybe I will suggest a lunch staff meeting, so there is nothing there to tempt me.
I am weak right now, my defenses are down… food has been my answer and I have to KNOCK. IT. OFF!!!
so the moral of this story…. Perimenopause sucks Sad smile

Long post!!!

Todays food:

anyways the ENTIRE pint has 150 calories 0 fat and 14 grams of whey protein and delicious!!! My daughter and I, we polished off the chocolate peanut butter tonight… we split the container… only 75 calories… BOOM!!! I bought 6 different flavors, thought I would try and see

The Fitbit connects to my Lose it tracker so according to Fitbit I can eat 427 more calories and Lose it says I can eat 195 more

I think I will go with the lower number and just have some yogurt tonight, because I have only had 119g’s of protein so far… humm yogurt will add 130 calories and 27 more proteins

Almonds can be the enemy

So I sat down yesterday and wrote out the entire week’s food plan… sounds great ..huh?


6 small meals, and an optional meal for just in case

really only 3 meals and those pesky almonds… the only way I could stop eating them was to tape the can shut!!!! Disappointed smile

New obsession

so San Diego was fun, but menopause has been rearing it’s ugly head, think emotions put in a blender and turn it onto high…. whirl, whirl, whirl… My poor husband… I think he is afraid of me Steaming mad one minute and Crying face then next and then onto Open-mouthed smile… yep … whack a doodle time!!!

My diet wasn’t the best, but the damage was minimal, a week tops and I will be back in the 130’s (140.6 this morning)
