I am on a roll ….

2 turkey meatballs (about 5 ounces) 8 ounces of baked vegetables, 4 ounces of rice
  • shake this morning
  • coffee bean iced coffee with SF vanilla powder
  • almond milk as creamer in my coffee
  • and Greek yogurt tonight with vanilla and Splenda
1368 calories eaten, 1924 calories burned … wowsa Smile with tongue out
