Movie and relaxing and the gym (twice today!!)

The Fitbit connects to my Lose it tracker so according to Fitbit I can eat 427 more calories and Lose it says I can eat 195 more

I think I will go with the lower number and just have some yogurt tonight, because I have only had 119g’s of protein so far… humm yogurt will add 130 calories and 27 more proteins

  2. I've decided to get a fitbit for my 6 month surgi-versary. My hubby doctors up his yogurt lately with chia seeds too. He also puts protein powder & water flavorings in. He's currently using Special K protein water flavorings.

    Yogurt is so easy to change up.
