Old Weight Watcher days

Good news. I am not as fat as Jack Smile with tongue out

bad news… the scales was up to 145.2 this morning… no surprise
I cooked today, a lot of the old favorites

taco soup and then I portioned it out so it is a grab and go refrigerator (no excuses!!)

SF lime jello with shredded carrots, shredded apples, crushed pineapple, cottage cheese

I had a turkey roll up with turkey … duh… mustard and some salad and yes there is frozen yogurt under all those strawberries

I used 21 old weight watcher points, I so did not eat enough protein AND I ate processed foods… oh well life is not perfect and neither am I
but I stayed on program today and I will drop these pesky 5 pounds!!! Hair and nails are all beautiful, I am feeling vunderbar Winking smile
later bloggity folks Those nasty green beans went in the trash!!! I had a Greek yogurt instead

  1. I'm new to your blog, and I will follow because I really like it! I've also been a WW (made lifetime in 1974), but haven't been at goal since, but I keep working at it, and recently have had success. I like the old points program better than the new, and the "really old" program was what I did when I got to goal so many years ago. Glad I found you!
