Plan for today

ham sandwich and a ham roll up. I have meetings today so I have to bring my food, high carb, but still within my calories

Greek yogurt, PB2, a few Splenda’s and I added Chai seeds, they add fiber and do all sorts of good things, I added a tiny bit of coconut milk and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes so the Chai seeds would soften up

I baked vegetables this morning for the week, marinated in balsamic vinegar and I just sprayed the span with olive oil spray, no oil on the vegetables though


todays plan


this was left over for that gargantuan bowl I made yesterday Smile with tongue out 1342449201007

salad, cherries and egg white salad. Tonight when I get home I will make a protein pudding

I have a looooong day today Confused smile so I had to be prepared
