MIA sorry guys… if any of you are still out there. I have gotten hooked on Instagram… I follow so many clean eaters, it is EVERY inspiring!! of course they are all in their 20’s
also there is this little problem
BUT!!! I have cleaned it up and this morning I saw 140.2 on the scale so the numbers are going in the right direction. Some of the things I have been eating:
this is one of my favorites!! 1/3 cup dry oats, 2 teaspoon's of chai seed, 1 Tablespoon flax seed, half scoop of protein powder and some vanilla a few packs of Splenda and it is a HUGE bowl of yumminess
I stopped by the Whole Foods salad bar, that place is always a go to healthy banquet of healthy, clean choices When I saw the 147 on the scale, I freaked out it was at night, after water BUT the picture above was taken the very next morning… fatty!!! so I decided to push back HARD!!! I went back to 2 huge shakes a day and tiny meals … this mornings shake was the entire blender full!!
I have been drinking a gallon plus of water, and my whole family… we are all water drinkers. This makes us 75-80 gallons a month!! wowsa!!! Today it is gym, food shopping and a bit of house work… man I freaking hate housework!!!
I am going to try and blog more, I like the camaraderie
