Where have I been???

MIA Sad smile sorry guys… if any of you are still out there. I have gotten hooked on Instagram… I follow so many clean eaters, it is EVERY inspiring!! of course they are all in their 20’s Smile with tongue out 

also there is this little problem


BUT!!! I have cleaned it up and this morning I saw 140.2 on the scale so the numbers are going in the right direction. Some of the things I have been eating:

0b564350d58911e195e3123138048d2c_6this is one of my favorites!! 1/3 cup dry oats, 2 teaspoon's of chai seed, 1 Tablespoon flax seed, half scoop of protein powder and some vanilla a few packs of Splenda and it is a HUGE bowl of yumminess Open-mouthed smile 

766a2cecd36811e1934a123138141956_6I stopped by the Whole Foods salad bar, that place is always a go to healthy banquet of healthy, clean choices 2012-07-25 05.42.422012-07-25 05.45.20When I saw the 147 on the scale, I freaked out Crying faceSteaming madEmbarrassed smile it was at night, after water BUT the picture above was taken the very next morning… fatty!!! Thumbs down so I decided to push back HARD!!! I went back to 2 huge shakes a day and tiny meals … this mornings shake was the entire blender full!!

I have been drinking a gallon plus of water, and my whole family… we are all water drinkers. This makes us 75-80 gallons a month!! wowsa!!! Today it is gym, food shopping and a bit of house work… man I freaking hate housework!!!

I am going to try and blog more, I like the camaraderie

  1. Happy to see you. Yep, my WW leader says the "art of recovery" is one of the most important things about maintaining and you are doing it. Yea! I like Whole Foods but ours is so hard to get in and out of that it's really not worth the effort. So, I settle for Sprouts which is pretty good too. :)

  5. I've been MIA but it's because of the gorgeous weather and work! I definitely hate housework in fact I've been looking at it for the last 2 days and it's not going anywhere :(
