good day

I ate 100 percent spot on today I had
egg whites
protein oatmeal
Greek yogurt
Artic Zero
Spaghetti squash, chicken with wing sauce
Broccoli, carrots, turkey loaf and my new yogurt/hot sauce dressing
Watermelon

I also got a workout in :)

About 1300 calories consumed and burned over 2200 :),
