Broccoli and carrot kinda day

First thing BEFORE the gym, oatmeal with Almond meal, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds and half a scoop of protein 

killer workout!!! 

meal #2 carrots, broccoli and chicken with some Italian dressing. I make the Good Seasonings but use more water and vinegar and less of the olive oil to try and make it lighter 

back from a 13.5 mile bike ride!! squash and turkey meat loaf with some Ragu Alfredo light 

more broccoli, carrots and Italian dressing, but this time left over sliced turkey 

I may or may not have some yogurt tonight, depends on if I poop out and fall asleep or not :P
