 Work food: salad with NF cottage cheese
spaghetti squash with turkey
chicken and asparagus with wing sauce
egg white salad
 oatmeal with protein powder and PB 2
 a few, I didn't go crazy!!
 I came home and cooked; chicken
 broccoli and carrots
the potatoes were for the family, but I made Quinoa flour seed muffins.... very Paleo :)

well we will see how this posts...  I miss my old blogger app. I am going to have to find another
