not in order ... spaghetti squash, 3 oz turkey meat balls and light Ragu Alfredo 

baked vegetables, 3 ozs chicken and Franks wing sauce 

protein pudding and Jaime Eason muffin 

Greek yogurt with cinnamon and apple 

stickers still work to motivate me... am I back in kindergarten? 

4 egg whites, under tin foil is a 1/4 cup of oats 

todays food log 

got a box for the next few weeks :P

good, so-so, and blurry

protein oats 

Mr Jack, totally relaxed... I was off to the gym 


3 oz chicken, 3 ounce brown rice, broccoli and carrots and 1 T dressing 

I cooked like a maniac today!! also, Protein pudding and logging my food 

I made KILLER turkey meat balls, threw in a bunch of veggies!!

and oven baked a bunch as well 


my total day 

not to pretty, but it was good!! cabbage, 3 oz chicken and 1 T dressing and a bit of margarine 

I had an awesome work out this morning :)

feeling better

breakfast was 1/4 cup oats, 2 t chia seeds, 2 t flax meal and a scoop of protein. Unsweetened almond milk with some SF Peppermint mocha creamer 

cardio before the gym

this is the last of the 2% 

brocolli, carrots, 3 ounces brown rice, 3 ounces chicken with 2 T dressing. I always thin my dressing ... half dressing and half balsamic vinegar 

I made Jaime Eason Carrot protein bars into muffins 


I also made some protein pudding
2 cups cottage cheese 
box of SF jello pudding mix
scoop of protein 
enough milk to make it into pudding in the food processor ... maybe a quarter cup or less 
150 calories, 3.1 fat and 17.75 protein

dinner was baked vegetables and a tiny bit of steak 

totally ON plan today :)

too much Thanksgiving ... pecan pie. I am feeling out of control...

but today was a good day

I didn't even realize this was the 2% until this morning! oh well 

3 ounces chicken, broccoli, carrots and a splash of balsamic light dressing 

same only with oven baked vegetables this time

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill this morning. Tomorrow I have to face the gym... eekk!!! feel's like forever since I have been to the gym 

Picked myself up, dusted myself off, today was a good day. On to tomorrow 


Update for the skinny snowman challenge:

  1. Lose weight or maintain weight during December - Weighed this morning

how was YOUR Thanksgiving food day?

so how my Thanksgiving food plan went... errrrr not so good 

I actually had 3 Quest bars... I need to cook BAD!!! 

some egg whites for breakfast 

110 calories 

actually 2 bowls of cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, and carrots 

and SF jello with Fat Free Cool whip 

I looked at my first post of 2011 today and I want to end this year at 139.6, so operation 139.6 is in effect!!! Tomorrow I run, walk, and or jog the Santa Monica Gobble Wobble...

Ya know what ya know, ya know?

I ate bad for a few days. I had this great idea to go back to counting points.

I wasn't eating clean

my weight is between 142-144

yesterday I was the poster child for diet perfection

this morning....144.2

I know how my body works, why I was FAT for soooo many years

when things are tough, I hold onto weight

when I am not sleeping, and exercising like I should. I hold onto weight

when I am not eating salad daily, I hold onto weight

too much fruit, I hold onto weight

so I would get frustrated, say to myself.... "what's the use" and dive into the food

but in losing all the weight I figured this out

so NOT this time, no caving in

tomorrow is Thanksgiving

there is going to be food galore!!! everything I love to eat

my MO is to overeat from the minute I open my eyes in the morning, and gain at LEAST a good 5 pounds

so here is me telling on myself, I am putting this out the the cyber world

so I won't repeat this destructive behavior

I follow an Instagramer and she has lost 140 pounds!!!

Brooke  has started a Skinny Snowman challenge.

I may not do all the points calculating she has put out there, but just being accountable and in this with others, I feel will get me through the holidays

so Thanksgiving is not going to take me to 150!!! NO WAY!!!!!

I need a new camera!

Greek yogurt, Splenda, vanilla, chia seeds, blueberries and raspberries... thinned with a tiny bit of almond milk 

3 egg whites on a Low Fat eggo waffle (70 calories) 

coffe creamer, crystal light in my water, a coffee from AM/PM and 20 minutes cardio this morning 

day is done :)

I went to Costco, bought the frozen yogurt... but it tasted like chemicals in a cup... yucko. So I ate some raspberries

not listed, 2 Quest bars, a Vitatop, an Artic Zero and an AM/PM coffee.. pretty good I think maybe a few points over, but nothing too dramatic 

I also cooked so I can get through the next 7 days; broccoli, brussel sprouts, green beans, chicken, spaghetti squash and turkey meatloaf . So I am stocked up and ready to roll!!! I only did 20 minutes on the treadmill today.. oh well little bit of something!!
