how was YOUR Thanksgiving food day?


so how my Thanksgiving food plan went... errrrr not so good 


I actually had 3 Quest bars... I need to cook BAD!!! 


some egg whites for breakfast 


110 calories 


actually 2 bowls of cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, and carrots 


and SF jello with Fat Free Cool whip 

I looked at my first post of 2011 today and I want to end this year at 139.6, so operation 139.6 is in effect!!! Tomorrow I run, walk, and or jog the Santa Monica Gobble Wobble...

  2. You did well! We didn't have company over, so for us it was similar to most nights - except we had turkey and ate on fancy plates.
