A grand adventure :)

My husband has decided not to join me for the Cancun Mexico trip. No we are not fighting about it… he is having major anxiety about the trip and doesn’t want to go… that’s cool… silly but okay Smile with tongue out 

I have never traveled alone, so this will be a first

I am planning on pool time, reading, going to the gym and the spa, walking around and enjoying the beautiful grounds, enjoying the food

I am going to have a blast!!!!!

I will be blogging from my phone, so this will be a travel blog for the next few days Open-mouthed smile

Weight Loss Goal Maintain

Non Scale Victory Goal go on vacation to Cancun Mexico and come home with no regrets (food wise)

Nutrition Goal = eat healthy!! cut out coffee creamer, switch to milk. Be aware of grams of sugar in my food (did you know skim milk has sugar in it!!! crazy)

Fitness/Exercise Goal work out at the Resort, take my exercise clothes and USE THEM!!!

So What do you you think?


Yesterday was a different day, I was up at 1:30 AM cooking, doing laundry and scrubbing floors… omg I think the words “total nut ball crazy woman” would apply here Confused smile


I started the day off with a strawberry shake

This is the outside refrigerator, I have 2 refrigerators and a standup freezer. Kooky huh? The Bud and 7up are the hubbys…There is cooked cabbage, green beans, brussel sprouts, baked vegetables, broccoli, Greek Yogurt, NF cottage cheese and massive amounts of eggs… You have to have healthy food ready for the grabbing

so today is a day off. I got a good solid 8-9 hours of sleep last night so I am feeling refreshed Smile


For the ladies out there … I love Red heartRed heartRed heartwatches and bracelets …. Red heartRed heartRed heart what is this Pandora bracelet craze? I have some items in my Amazon cart and I have not hit the BUY button because I have to do some internet surfing on it and look around a bit. Is it a phase? a waste of money? or is it fun and enjoyable? Any thoughts out there?

Need more protein!!!

Day off means coffee from Heaven

I make it strong, add 2 cinnamon stick (broken up) and a few shakes of cinnamon in with the coffee grounds… ahhh so good Smile


So this morning I have this bright idea… Disappointed smile I was feeling lazy, so I figured to make oatmeal and just dump the egg whites in and microwave it…. well it didn’t look done, so I threw it into the oven… too late…. off to the gym.. which I was thrashed because no breakfast and I did about 40 minutes of cardio before we did circuit training.


The trainer looked at my food log and told me I need more protein and to get rid of the coffee creamer… WHAT!!??? hummm I don’t know about that


here was the oatmeal when I got home, it looks like a cow pie…lol… lol…lol…lol…lol… I ate it, but well I wouldn’t recommend it Smile with tongue out

Bad picture, but good food :)

I don’t have much time in the morning when I am commuting to downtown Los Angeles, this is the perfect quickie breakfast

  • Greek yogurt
  • spaghetti squash, sauce and a turkey meatball
  • baked vegetables and NF cottage cheese with light balsamic thinned dressing
  • broccoli with same topping as veggies
  • TJ egg white salad

the drive home was intense tonight Sad smile 

I got home 15 minutes ago, and now I am headed for bed… see ya tomorrow blogger buds Sleepy smile <~~~ supposed to be sleepy smile ???
