When I am quiet
I am not eating on plan
You can't out train a bad diet..... But I do try
Day off today, I sat down on my computer and wrote out my diet for today being mindful of the carb vs. protein intakes and what I just cooked yesterday. It was not that big of a deal!!
I will let you know how it goes tonight
cardio first thing this morning, 45 minutes…boo ya!
also hard boiled eggs, baked chicken and turkey meatballs
Family was over for a HUGE BBQ!!!
So in talking to my daughter and her boyfriend aka the family gym rats
conversation went something like this
Me…”oh I don’t eat any carbs, hardly any in a day”
them…”WHAT!!!! all you eat is carbs”
me…”you are crazy, I have no bread, no pasta, NOTHING”
I must admit I was feeling a bit peeved at this point… me carbs, oh PLUEEZE!!!
well they pointed out that carbs turn into fat and those beautiful vegetables (see above) are FULL of carbs… huh??? they be vegetables and I can eat as many as I want… right? (losing confidence at this point)
so any way I added the carb counter to my Lose it program on my phone and they suggested I cut my vegetables back to 100 and up my protein to 160
I feel like such a dope!!!
The final week is upon us! Set your final goals, and reflect on your progress through this challenge. What were your initial goals? Did they change? Do you feel you were successful? Remember that although these past 10 weeks have been important, it's always the 10 coming weeks (or more than that, hopefully) that matter the most. :)
I have not been real good about posting to and from the challenge, but I have really renewed my focus and this is AWESOME!!!
We are going to Hawaii in September and I want to get rid of as much belly fat as possible so it is “operation NO SPANX” in progress!! LOL
More frequent smaller meals and KILLER cardio sessions!!!
I don’t really want to get smaller, just less jiggly …. more firm, a tighter stomach and I have been told that after soo many years this may be as good as it gets, well I am NOT going to accept that!!!

I did cardio this morning, then went and worked out after work… boy oh boy I am nuts!!
