Massive picture post

so this morning started off kind of bad… after I posted yesterday… I went on an eating rampage

I just cannot starve myself… 2 shakes and a bowl of yogurt for dinner… what was I thinking??!! I know better. Dang, but I am always looking for the quick fix, the easy route… in weight matters there just is not a quick fix!! so back to normal. End of freak out mode, it was silly. Truthfully I feel kind of embarrassed I reacted the way I did, but that is over Embarrassed smile 

I never post the pictures in the order I want, I am just not that patient, so anyway on with it!!

Today I just did cardio; 20 minutes of stairs and 20 minutes of treadmill, I was actually on the machine when I took this picture … smile Open-mouthed smile

we went to breakfast and I got an egg white omelet with onions, jalapenos and a tiny bit of soy chorizo and I asked for grit… WOW is that a massive bowl or what?!!

dinner was taco salad then we went for frozen yogurt… I have finally learned with frozen yogurt, I do 75% fruit and 25% of the original tart and the entire bowl is maybe 200 calories Open-mouthed smile

Howdy blogosphere

so I took this picture thinking it was me all sweaty and that did not translate at all!! LOL Just kidding trust me I kicked butt today at the gym

Greek yogurt with chai sees and some coconut milk for the chai seeds to absorb. I have discovered these little gems … adds fiber in your diet.

I scored big time today at the Farmers market!!! the tomatoes taste like REAL tomatoes, I think I am spoiled now and may need to make this a regular practice!!!

I have been keeping my calories LOW for this last week. When I get back to 138 I will go back on 5-6 small meals… I think I want to go down to 130 even!!!v ya think I can do it?? Hawaii is 6 weeks away, that is good incentive

Plus about 400 calories of chicken, thats the problem when my calories are too low.... Maybe I will go back to normal eating tomorrow

Where have I been???

MIA Sad smile sorry guys… if any of you are still out there. I have gotten hooked on Instagram… I follow so many clean eaters, it is EVERY inspiring!! of course they are all in their 20’s Smile with tongue out

BUT!!! I have cleaned it up and this morning I saw 140.2 on the scale so the numbers are going in the right direction. Some of the things I have been eating:

0b564350d58911e195e3123138048d2c_6this is one of my favorites!! 1/3 cup dry oats, 2 teaspoon's of chai seed, 1 Tablespoon flax seed, half scoop of protein powder and some vanilla a few packs of Splenda and it is a HUGE bowl of yumminess Open-mouthed smile 

766a2cecd36811e1934a123138141956_6I stopped by the Whole Foods salad bar, that place is always a go to healthy banquet of healthy, clean choices 2012-07-25 05.42.422012-07-25 05.45.20When I saw the 147 on the scale, I freaked out Crying faceSteaming madEmbarrassed smile it was at night, after water BUT the picture above was taken the very next morning… fatty!!! Thumbs down so I decided to push back HARD!!! I went back to 2 huge shakes a day and tiny meals … this mornings shake was the entire blender full!!

I have been drinking a gallon plus of water, and my whole family… we are all water drinkers. This makes us 75-80 gallons a month!! wowsa!!! Today it is gym, food shopping and a bit of house work… man I freaking hate housework!!!

I am going to try and blog more, I like the camaraderie

I made a powercake… she is awesome Open-mouthed smile it was HUGE!!! I only ate half!! I also had

  • vegetable soup with turkey taco meat
  • a few Ginger candies
  • small frozen yogurt LOADED with strawberries
  • 14 almonds

I worked out like a mad woman today … burned over 2,000 calories Smile with tongue out 

I haven’t weighed myself in a few days… I think I will wait until Friday
