Good cheat

Meal: Protein in my coffee this morning 

Meal : salad with cottage cheese
Meal : Brussel sprouts with turkey and Pico Pica sauce 

Meal : 4 whites with 1/4 avocado, spicy mustard and oats 
Meal : salad with chicken 
Meal : shake with unsweetened almond milk and strawberries 

I was hungry late so I didn't want to fight it so I had some Fage 0% Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop casein protein : good cheat :) 

20 minutes treadmill this morning ... Little bit of something is better than nothing
