Monday Monday


Broccoli, 2 oz quinoa, 3 oz chicken 


Salad with 4 whites and dressing 


Spaghetti squash, cauliflower, light Ragu and turkey 


4 whites, 1/4 avocado 


All packed and ready to go 


Flavor overdose, cinnamon, SF almond syrup and chocolate protein .... Too many different flavors bit what thy heck I drank it 

Good food day. I lifted weights tonight. New day tomorrow
