And my evening shake. 45 minutes of circuit training. No cardio today

Sunday morning

I did cardio and core with my daughter yesterday
 
 oh my gosh did I have a red face!!! Awesome workout

Weekend prep eggs number one

Costco tilapia is the bomb!!

 Two different kinds of squash in the oven


Brussels sprouts in the steamer

Turkey thawing for something I don't know yet what I'm going to do with it

I like carrots baked in the oven until they are actually burned

 Of course broccoli
Steamed cauliflower I'm going to mix this with the spaghetti squash for kind of like a race

ills, car maintenance, laundry, gym and a bike ride

Life is good

Great weekend!!


I love my Kevita drinks :)

this protein clumps every day... grrr I need to go get some ON I think its the one in the red container... I will have to look through old blog posts 


foamed up like crazy!!! vanilla whey, an apple, cinnamon and water 


yummo dinner, tilapia, veggies and some thinned dressing 


the is the protein that clumps in my morning coffee... so I will have to have it as my afternoon shake.. drag 


3 egg whites with oats in the morning and 4 egg whites at night = lotsa eggs need to be cooked!!


18 almonds 


bike ride, 30 minutes cardio and a little bit of weights today 


squash, cauliflower, turkey and Walden farms zero calorie BBQ sauce 

my hubby made a comment to me about how I always eat the same thing... When I was big I also ate the same things; donuts, fast food, whole milk lattes, chips, cookies and ice cream.... I think I am making better choices now

Good cheat

Meal: Protein in my coffee this morning 


Meal : salad with cottage cheese
Meal : Brussel sprouts with turkey and Pico Pica sauce 


Meal : 4 whites with 1/4 avocado, spicy mustard and oats 
Meal : salad with chicken 
Meal : shake with unsweetened almond milk and strawberries 

I was hungry late so I didn't want to fight it so I had some Fage 0% Greek yogurt with 1/2 scoop casein protein : good cheat :) 

20 minutes treadmill this morning ... Little bit of something is better than nothing

Monday Monday


Broccoli, 2 oz quinoa, 3 oz chicken 


Salad with 4 whites and dressing 


Spaghetti squash, cauliflower, light Ragu and turkey 


4 whites, 1/4 avocado 


All packed and ready to go 


Flavor overdose, cinnamon, SF almond syrup and chocolate protein .... Too many different flavors bit what thy heck I drank it 

Good food day. I lifted weights tonight. New day tomorrow

Weekend work

Is cooking :) 
Broccoli, carrots, salad, cabbage, Brussel sprouts, chicken with mushrooms and red peppers, quinoa, hard boiled eggs, and turkey burgers. I am SET for the week 


i saw this on Instagram, I loved it so much I made it my lock screen ... It's okay to be different. Sometimes I need to be reminded 


I had my yearly health screening at 10:30 this morning... I couldn't eat or drink until after ... Torture pure torture ... The pharmacist kept saying.. Wait, wait to make sure all the tests were okay... Ahhhh I want my morning coffee!! But it did make it taste better :) 
  

I passed 4 outta 4 BOOM!!!

This was waiting for me when I got home sixpack was wonderful and sent me a brand-new sixpack because mine was falling apart. The new one is even more awesome and amazing and fantastic and just wonderful wow!!! I think I like it better

I need you

I need my family, my routine, my planned structured boring predictable life :) 

Being away from home is stressful. An AMAZING opportunity that I am loving but stressful still

After mixing in a packet of SF jello pudding. So yummo!!! 

I have such an amazing opportunity this week and I am getting much out of it (I usually don't post work related stuff)
