what I ate .... uber duber boring post

  • coffee with unsweetened almond milk, 2 eggs 
  • Quest bar 
  • chicken and broccoli 
  • blueberries and an ounce of raw pistachios 
  • grapefruit and a Kevita 
  • Quest bar and a Kevita 
  • Brussell sprouts with ICBIT light and light balsamic dressing 
fitbit says I burned 2632 calories (yeah right!!) 

fitness pal says I ate 1506 calories and could still eat another 1100

good example of how app's are not always correct .... but hey if I want another grapefruit or Quest bar that would be okay 

but I most likely won't
