#2 of 2015

just good ole basic food
I made a smoothie this morning for the drive to work 
let the chia seeds soak while I showered  

frozen mango, chia, frozen pineapple
half a frozen banana and 
some almond milk 

green beans with 1/2 c of cottage cheese over cold green beans
broccoli with a veggie burger 
cucumbers and carrots

low carb tortilla roll up
turkey, mustard, peppercinis and pickles 

and a SF frozen yogurt after work 

that's it 


  1. Karla - I can't believe you eat cold green beans and cottage cheese! Have you always liked that??? That freaks me out! LOL

    You are SO organized! It inspires me!
