five steps forward (work days) 


count them!!! five five good days ... on track 
on point 

then......



2 GIANT steps back (days off) 

but I do believe I have a saboteur in my midst 


add that to my weak resolve 
this is a set up for failure 


so before I do the flip out on this individual 


I am going to pack my food 
every 
single 
day 
and 
new Karla House rule 
NO eating after 7 PM 

wish me luck 

sheesh this is getting old

  1. Oh yes, Karla, I have the saboteurs too and they are everywhere. Planning ahead is the only way to beat them!

  2. Setting in solid habits, solid food template is key. Focus on yourself, habit changes. You become tough as nails and nothing anyone does can effect you.

  3. It sounds like just having less structure on your days off might be getting to you. I think that really does in a lot of people. More time to think about food and be tempted by it! I really have no answer to this but definitely understand it.
