I am kind of at a place where I feel silly paying my trainer 
I have been gradually over the last few months falling off 
and now I am basically not even attending workouts at all 
because come on

I mean why?

this is the place I am in my head but that's okay
 I only have to take this one day at a time
and I can't stress over not eating the perfectly "clean" diet 
that just sets me up for a fall 
so yesterday I did good 
as you can see not uber "clean" 
so many of the gym set would be horrified
but I tracked! gold star for me! I even went and 
bought another fitbit (with a better clasp) and it was a losing day for me

  1. Hooray for a good day! I actually do give myself stars on my calendar for exercise. A few weeks ago I bought some really cute stickers at Joanne's to use instead of the generic "stars". I love seeing my calendar fill up with pretty stickers as I get in a good exercise day. Maybe that would be good for your eating days. Just a tip. :)
