Little bits = goal achievement

7:00 - Oatmeal and egg whites 
10:30 - 1/2 chicken breast, spinach, onions and egg white omelet 
1:00 Quest bar 
4:00 Kale salad with 2 slice deli turkey and 7 peanut putter pretzels 
7:30 - other half of chicken breast, spinach, onions and egg white omelet

no gym or cardio (again)

I will get cardio, walk or the gym in today 

so this is how my brain works.... 
started at 181 this go around ... 
well I started over 200 last BIG time 
so I am already 19 down ... yeah boom! 
181 and now I am 176
5 down yowsa! 
176 to 162 is where I was when I 
left the old store to go to the new store... 
that's only 14 pounds... 
I can do 14 pounds then 
162 to 148
I was 148 When I started at

that's only 14 ... I can do 14
148 to 135
that's only 13 
I can do 13!!! 

see I only have 14 to lose ... 

ah what!!! 
181 to 135 is 46... 
but I can't wrap my brain around 46
so I just break it down 
so... only 14 to go 
then even less... 
only 4 ... then 10
no not 10 that's 5 twice
