Caution long post

6:30 oats and eggs 
8:45: quest 
11:30 meal chicken and veggies 
2:00 shake 
5:15 meal cauliflower and turkey 
4 hazlenuts 

We had the Coke Polar bear at work the other day ... silly

Thursday as I was leaving work I knew I had very little  (not enough) proteins for Friday 

so I threw chicken breasts, veggies and some chicken stock in the crock pot 

turned it on right as I was going to bed and it cooked the chicken perfect
I will tweek the vegetables next time, but uber easy and fast ... snap 

I have just been browning ground turkey breast and adding some spices 

nothing complicated 

I like quick and easy food prep... a master chef I am NOT!!!

scale is going in the right direction 

no wonder Hawaii I was so uncomfortable in my skin (but I still had thee most amazing time!!!) 

but on the other hand I could not escape or lie to myself 
the proof was/is there and there is not denying it 

vs an old picture at goal weight 


I have work to do, but I am not afraid to do it 
not afraid to say and tell ya I fell OFF THE WAGON 

we are going back to Hawaii in September 

so I want to return and feel better in my skin 
and enjoy it even more next time!!!
