hungry vs hangry

6:00 oats and egg whites 
9:00 Quest bar 
10:00 blueberries and almond butter 
noon Starbucks coffee/splash half and half 
2:00 meal 
5:15 meal 

I was hungry today .... don't know why 

maybe because I was in self sabotage mode from "only" losing 2.4 last week 


come on Karla!!! 2.4 is amazing 
angel me says 


2.4 is diddly was the voice in my head I was fighting all day 



chewed a lot of gum and drank tons of water and herbal tea today 
usually have 3 liters of water yesterday was probably 4 liters 



treadmill was only 30 minutes 
I stuck it out today
