I choose

6:00 oat and eggs
9:00 1/2 the tuna (4.5 oz tuna, veggies, avocado and spicy mustard)
10:30 Quest 
2:00 meal... steamed broccoli, turkey and chicken to make 5 oz 
5:30 1/2 the tuna 

when I made the tuna this morning it was HUGE so I split it into 2 meals 
30 minutes cardio 

I logged 12667 steps at work yesterday 

... thinking I may rejoin Orange Theory fitness for my cardio days 

another good day yesterday in the books
