Monday blues

feeling bla
weighed in 178.6 this morning 
I was 181 when I got back from Hawaii 
just kind of expected a bigger loss ... oh well 
treadmill time 

7:30 egg white omelet with vegetables and a slice of dry wheat toast 
10:00 quest bar 
12:00 tuna salad with a rice cake  (gross... won't buy again) 
    next time I will make my own tuna salad 
3:00 turkey and cauliflower 
5:30 apple and 2T almond butter

  1. I've always wondered why it seemed like I could gain five pounds in a weekend and it took me five weeks to lose it. And, it gets worse as I get older. One of the best reasons for me to work at maintenance every day. It will come off, Karla, so don't get discouraged. You have your cheering section right here! :)
