weird spell

6:30 oats and eggs 
8:30 tuna
11:00 quest bar 
2:30 rest of tuna 
5:15 meal turkey/chicken and veggies 

I had a weird spell.... ya know when you stand up too fast and feel dizzy? yep that was me
 I ate my tuna at 8:30 .... for a bizarre moment there I thought I was going down!!! 

ding ding time to eat .... lol
