New Years Eve

6:30 egg whites (and an egg) on Ezekiel toast 
8:45 Quest bar 
12:00 shake made with Starbucks coffee 
3:00 chicken and broccoli 
5:15 mixed vegetables, dressing and turkey 

yesterday was a good fitbit day!! 


I am a busy busy gal! 


so today is pretty much the same, gym, food prepped, then work

today is a big big liquor sales day!

accountability

7:00 shake
10:00 egg white omelet and oats 
1:30 broccoli, 1 oz quinoa, 5 oz turkey, 1T light dressing
4:00 child size frozen yogurt 
5:00 halibut and vegetables 

plan is to dunk 1/17/16


start a group accountability on 1/18/16


I got measured yesterday... I didn't look 
when I dunk.... I won't look at the results 


so now just eat according to plan
lose what I can before start day 
stay positive 
and kick some BOOTAY!!
