facing yourself in the mirror.... ouch

so I would be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about upping my calories 
I am trying to think of what I eat that I haven't told you about 

My vitamin C gummy vitamins... couldn't be more than 20 calories 
My calcium chew vitamins.... ditto above 

the rest I have been 100% honest and just figured it was menopause...
I notice that I hang onto the weight HARDER as I am aging... 
every time is harder and that quite frankly scares the ba geegees outta me! 

here is yesterday 

dinner was too much salt... Scott marinated the pork tenderloin with some soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bourbon, and olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder but dang it was good and I made a meal of it today

In looking at my dunk sheet... it was what I expected 
I faced it in Hawaii... I know I have gained and expected a 33% body fat 34 is kinda a drag... but crying about if (or eating over it) would be silly 

I also had my husband take some "before pictures.... ouch that was hard to do 

got in a 4 mile walk yesterday... with Erin so it was more like a mini jog 

off to the gym this morning to do my Friday workout
