6:00 oats, egg and whites 
8:30 quest 
11:30 shake 
2:00 cauliflower, ground turkey, 1 oz low fat feta 
5:45 broccoli, chicken and dressing 

7:30 pm found me standing in from of the refrigerator scarfing redi whip whip cream out of the can 

****** hangs head in shame *******

but it couldn't have been more than 150 calories... before I came to my senses and went to bed 
scale is the same today 172.6 
but I had a lot of slips....

Ranch dressing, redi whip and yesterday my last meal I actually ate driving home so it was about 30 minutes later than normal.... don't know if that matters 

but whatever I am not giving up... 

I am looking forward to starting the system .....the Quest shakes are really getting meh 

I got 35 minutes of cardio in yesterday and all my water 

scale will cooperate soon enough!!!
