New Years day food accountability

Not a great day 
but it could have been worse 
I ate everything there was but the mashed potatoes 
I also made sure there were 3 different vegetables at the table! 

->egg whites and toast 
->quest bar  
->a plate of the vegetable dish 
    I baked brussel sprouts, cubed butternut squash, cubed sweet potato, for an hour the added     sliced almonds, cranberries and a light vinaigrette dressing 



-> dinner was prime rib, the above vegetable dish, green beans and I also baked acorn squash and sprayed the inside with coconut oil (I ate 3/4 of a half of acorn squash) 


-> slice of fruit tart 



and got an hour walk in in the morning 
just life and routine now!!!
