still moving in a positive direction

6:30 oats, egg and whites 
9:00 shake 
11:45 squash, asparagus and ground turkey breast 
2:30 shake 
5:20 broccoli, chicken and  T dressing 
7:00 Arctic Zero 

had my Friday treat protein ice cream... I had added the wrong meal into my Fitness pal and when I was getting this post together I discovered it.... I thought my calories yesterday were about 1820 .... but with the error I was actually under my target at 1576


I am officially back into the 160's!!! woot woot 

I have ZERO food cravings!!! 
I am on a system that WORKS!!! 
and with a group that is so supportive 
it is VERY new to me because I have always been a loner 

loving the support!! 
losing the weight!! 
but I don't know about some of you, 
but 2016 has already dealt us some pretty gnarly blows!!
 but I choose to make this a good year 
and will work through the crappola and come out smelling like a rose!!! 
it's all an attitude baby!!
