struggle day

6:00 oats , egg and whites 
8:30 quest 
11:30 shake 
2:00 cauliflower & turkey 
5:20 broccoli, chicken and Ranch dressing 

 the treat was the Ranch dressing... dang soo good 


I struggled yesterday... I reached out to some good peoples and they helped me stay the course ... but then I am rationalizing the entire drive home... blah blah blah you DESERVE this...

but I didn't go into the frozen yogurt store... I got a text from a supportive friend as I was pulling into the parking lot... so I went home and cooked my meals for the next 2 days
