30 day recap

had cake gained 2.8 pounds ... what!!? 

6:00 shake in coffee 
10- egg white Fritatta with tomato, cream in my coffee and 2 bites of Scott's hash browns 
12:30 shake 
3:00 zuchini, brown rice and turkey with 2T dressing 
6:00 4.5 oz chicken and brussel sprouts 
8- piece of carrot cake 


so I have had a few slips
carrot cake 
apple pie are the 2 that are the freshest in my mind 

I DID NOT do what I said I would which was to move my body for 6 days out of seven... 
More like 4 days out of seven 
calories were pretty much in line 
I think I substituted the Isadelights for sweet treats too often 
the days on the calorie graph were the cleanse days 
cleanse days are not a HUGE struggle for me 
clothes feel looser but scale only went down 3 pounds from beginning of the 30 days until this morning which makes me want to scream! 

but I didn't binge the entire 30 days ... No massive amounts of chips or fast food .... no service deli food slathered in Ranch dressing so these are wins .... mental wins 

I see people posting on facebook  how they are having shakes and just one meal and losing all this weight ....  I know this is not a option for me ... but I can't lie I envy them their strength and their scale victories .... This is a formula for me for a gigantic binge ..... I know it is about consistency but dang .... could consistency move a little faster 

hope the tape measure is kinder than the scale 

wishing the weight would fly off.... but alas this is not my reality
