damaged metabolism?

I have been reading about a damaged metabolism
which is the ONLY reason I can figure out why the scale is being so stubborn 

one article said 6-8 weeks.... another said 12 weeks 
consistency was the key 
I know this with my head 
but my heart is taking the arrows 
still hanging in 

I ate one of my meals so freaking fast yesterday I got a stomach ache....
ahhhh life in retail is so fun 

6:00 oats, egg and whites 
9:00 shake 
1:00 speed meal: cauliflower rice, brown rice and ground turkey 
3:00 chicken and broccoli with 2 T light Newman's own dressing 
5:30 shake 

bed by 7 ... exhausted!
