ahhh I wish I was dreaming away

water intake spot on 
working out good 
mental state 
meh 


not being able to sleep ain't helping

  1. I've had variable insomnia- menopause related, for me. Taking a broad spectrum magnesium and or natural calm (magnesium powder for water) and eating low carb both help me a lot. Oh, and kicking my two cats out to fend on their own. And no caffeine after 12 noon- I'm an intermediate metabolizer. One drop and I'm wide awake at 3am...
