Normal rebound weight

I am always low low low after cleanse day (every week Wednesday) 
I was 164.6 

I cooked and did some meal prep yesterday 


5 days worth 


ground turkey breast
chicken breast 
and Trader Joe's Soyaki 


making Asian stir fry 
and cooking vegetables 

this morning scale said 165.8 
but that's is to be expected... after cleanse day gives me a glimpse of how I am doing and reaffirmation I am on the right track (my take obviously) 

too much salt, gum and 2 carbonated diet sodas 

6- oats, egg, whites and half T grass fed Kerry Gold butter 
9 - shake 
noon - cauliflower rice, brussel sprouts, 4.5 chicken half T grass fed Kerry gold butter 
3 - shake 
5:30 - Asian stir fry and 4.5 chicken 

I am going to try replacing my coffee creamer with my first shake
coffee creamer is over 700 calories in a week 

Trained yesterday... 35 minutes cardio, abs and stretching  
165.8 this morning that's up 1.2 since Thursday (after cleanse low) 
I think it's water and normal rebound but I am going to be careful today...

  1. Good for you for replacing that coffee creamer. I found it to be less about the calories and more about the processed sugars (anything ending in -ose is a form of sugar) and dairy (casein and lactose are not my friends). I either drink black coffee or I toss in a bit of full fat coconut milk. There were also corn solids in the commercial coffee creamer, which rip up my GI system even in small amounts.

    Not the same as dairy, but I like my maintenance pants... LOL Enjoy your cup of joe... :)
