after I cleansed on Wednesday I weighed 164.6

OMG I was/am so happy!!!

so I never weigh Friday mornings... the normal weight rebound after a cleanse day... 
I don't need that downer 

so this morning I weighed 

wowsa!!!! I am happy with this! 
I have lowered my calories but CONSCIOUSLY added  a healthy fat
this week it was Grass fed butter
only 1.5 Tablespoon a day

I have also been searching podcasts... wowsa zillions of them!!! 

but this one specifically made me understood metabolic damage 

I definitely recommend 

consistency is key 

I am giving this a year and I have lost 16 pounds so far in 2016 so I am feeling like a Superstar!
