soooo much food

So I had something a little Greek yogurt, berries, oatmeal first meal
Lunch I made salad it was amazingly yummy chicken with zucchini, and cooked cabbage 
I brought my shakes brought 10 of them and had two 
I totally skipped this selection 
Dinner was amazing I had a regular salad lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, shredded carrots, and a delicious jicama mango citrus salad and through a few slices of beef on there for protein

Boring post but accountability is important during this trip 

I also did an hour at the gym yesterday and did an hour this morning 

I fell yesterday like a bonehead and hurt my wrist so no lifting for me this morning
