December Goals

I have never done this 
truthfully I was nervous 
I don't want to put something out there and fail 
So I was a little conservative 
but I CRUSHED them yesterday 
made 4 jellos 
and 6 meals  
the "hard salad" 
it's in my ebook 
and who doesn't always need hard boiled eggs 
I was a maniac at the gym 
15 minute bike warm up 
60 minutes circuit training 
then finished with 30 minutes cardio 
some of my goals 
the whole social thingy 
will be harder
