how ya doing?

feeling good! physically 
little tired... sugar detox is REAL!!! 
mild headache all day yesterday and I was a little ruffled.... cranky pants 
I have some spaghetti squash and acorn squash in the oven 
Going to cook up some sauted chicken, ground turkey and some chicken sausage later 
bake a pan of butternut squash, brussel sprouts and sweet potato 
so meal prep will be done for the next week 
I am feeling better with eating FOOD 
no shakes 
no bars 
no systems 
no programs 
just plain ole food 
who da thunk it?
