Packing my food

every morning I get up 
have coffee 
pack my food for work 
calculate my food in Myfitnesspal
I feel better after a few days of on plan eating
having cooked foods helps 
so today is all mapped out and planned

looking at it I know the calories are higher for the salad 
I didn't calculate the vegetables  that I am having with the turkey and rice meal 
so these calories look low but they aren't ...
I usually just wing the veggies... I try to track the heavier vegetables like squash 
I can get carried away with winter squash and derail myself 
I love it so much
